We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from our boutique to your home. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to carefully process and package your items. Following the processing period, your order will be shipped via our standard carrier, with an estimated delivery window of 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is en route, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  1. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  1. Complimentary Standard Shipping: Provided for all domestic orders within the United States.

  2. Standard Shipping 3-7 business days (after processing).

  3. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Manhattan View Spa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

At Manhattan View Spa, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to be completely delighted with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are pleased to offer a return process that reflects our commitment to luxury and quality.

1. 30-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns of eligible merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date (or 30 days from the delivery date for online orders).

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

  1. To maintain our high standards of quality, we ask that returned items meet the following criteria:

  2. Condition: Items must be in new or gently used condition.

  3. Packaging: We request that products be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.​

3. How to Initiate a Return
By Mail: To start an online return, please email us at info@bellefontaineusa.com. A free return label will be provided to you via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package. We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization.

4. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment.

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives.

Bank Crediting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account statement.

5. Incorrect Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage.
